
Even though there's only one the Coeliac sufferer in our family, most of the gluten free meals are enjoyed by all of us, including our kids (6 & 8 years old). With small children to amuse, we try as much as possible to cook tasty meals that are quick and simple and don't require you to be chained to the stove. Taste, speed and simplicity are important.
Many gluten free recipes and cook books require you to re-stock your pantry with a heap of new replacement ingredients. I am keen not to do that. Bar a few staple gluten free ingredients that we automatically add to our weekly shop, my recipes are mostly made from ingredients that you likely already have in your kitchen pantry.
This gluten free recipe section will grow over time. I am taking note of the meals we cook and writing them out as recipes. If I can, I'll take photos of the meals too, so please excuse the amateur food photography :-).
