On This Web Site...

When I was first diagnosed with Coeliac, I was devastated. I felt like I wasn't allowed to eat anything. I walked around hungry and grumpy for weeks.

Thanks to our determination and persistence and a lot of experimentation, eating tasty gluten free meals and snacks is now an everyday occurence.

We've got used to what it takes to have a coeliac in the family, and we've all adapted our ways.With this web site, we hope to pass along some of our learnings as a family and maybe help other coeliac sufferers along the way.

I have been researching gluten free cooking and ingredients for about a couple of years now and have written things on scraps of paper, folders and books. With this web site, I hope to be able to pull it all together and create a one stop shop for everything you need to know about Coeliac and living the gluten free way.
